Bhav Patel of Williston Park claimed the top prize, opting for a one-time lump sum of $442,683 after taxes, according to lottery officials.

The winning ticket was purchased at Mis Amigos, located at 93-13 37th Ave., Jackson Heights.

With this latest claim, all top prizes for the $1,000,000 Cashword Bonus ticket (#1633) have now been awarded.
