A 70 year old carpenter wins $1M in lottery

After winning $1 million in the lottery, a 70-year old carpenter might start to consider retirement.

Americo D’Arpino, Everett, said that he plays the lottery every week. He said that he works seven days a week so everyone was happy to see him win.

With the ticket he bought at Palgrave Variety, Regional Road 50 in Palgrave, the grandfather of two won the June 11 Lotto Max draw.

D’Arpino did not mention retirement, but he said he would like to go on vacation. “I don’t go on vacations. Perhaps I’ll take my grandkids along.”

According to the newest millionaire, he will also help his family with his winnings.
