A Michigan man wins $4M with his $500 Lottery prize

A Michigan man who claimed he won $500 in the lottery said that he used some of his winnings to buy five $30 scratch-off tickets, and then he was able to win a $4,000,000 jackpot.

The 74-year old Macomb County man said that he started his luck streak with $500 from a scratch-off ticket.

The player stated that he buys tickets twice per week and had spent $500 on his previous purchase. Therefore, he decided to buy five $150 million Cash Explosion tickets.

According to the man, he used the scanner at the Smoker’s Outlet of Warren to check if he won any prizes.

The player stated that the first $100 winner was the one who filed a claim.

The winner of the $4 million top prize was the last ticket.
