Edmonton man is ‘irritated’ by his mom’s interruption of sleep, learns about $15M lotto win

Edmonton man was able to realize his dreams when his mother interrupted his sleep and told him that he had won.

Andrew Weninger, who claimed his prize from the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, said that his mom came into her room and told him to get out of bed.

“I was annoyed because I was trying to sleep, but she then told me that I had won $15,000,000… I can’t be upset about that!”

Weninger claims that his mother, who checked his Lotto Max ticket after the March 26 draw, was shocked and could not wait to tell him.

Pleasantville Rexall Drug Store Edmonton was the place where he bought his winning ticket.
