Lucky Brit wins multi-millionaire status after winning the PS4.1m National Lottery Jackpot

Lucky Brit has bagged a whopping PS4.1million in the Lotto numbers were announced the weekend, making the Briton a multi-millionaire overnight.

The winning numbers for the lottery were 43, 14, 28, 52, and 13, respectively. The bonus number was 56.

Jackpot winner matched all six numbers for PS4,101 869. Another ticket-holder matched five balls plus a bonus to win PS1,000,000.

54 ticket-holders combined five numbers to win PS1,750 each. 4,062 ticket-holders combined four numbers to win PS140. 105,794 winners combined three numbers to win PS30.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery said:

“What incredible news for a single ticket holder who has won tonight’s astonishing PS4.1 million Lotto Jackpot.”

This is the second lucky winner within a fortnight after one lucky player won the PS11 million Lotto jackpot on October 30.

“Players are being asked to review their tickets and give us a shout to claim this amazing prize.”

After tonight’s huge win, Wednesday’s jackpot is estimated to be PS2 million.

However, no one was able to match all five numbers in order to win the PS350,000 top prize for the Lotto HotPicks drawing – which uses the same numbers that the Lotto main draw.

The winning Thunderball numbers were 17, 32, 31, and 01 respectively. The Thunderball was 09.

The Thunderball game did not award the PS500,000 top prize.

Lotto winner didn’t tell her husband she won PS2m because she was concerned he would crash the car.

Andrea Law, 43, was ill and couldn’t remember what to do.

I was sickly and in bed when I checked my National Lottery Online account for the ticket. She recalled that she looked at her phone and saw the amazing winning amount.

Andrea said,

“I didn’t tell Mike right away because he had to drive the kids to school and then take them to school.”

He would have been in a hedge daydreaming about winning if I hadn’t told him before he left. As I waited for him home, it felt like the longest trip ever. The kid’s school is just four minutes away!

She managed to tell him, even though her hands were shaking when he returned home. He was still skeptical when she presented the proof.
