New Yorker wins $10 Million Lottery Prize — Again

A New Yorker has won again the $10 million lottery prize three years ago.

Juan Hernandez of Uniondale won this month’s New York Lottery’s $10,000,000 Deluxe scratch off game. He claimed the grand prize, the lotto said.

A release was published Tuesday by the lottery stating that lightning struck twice for Hernandez. Hernandez won the same amount in 2019 on a $350,000,000 Cash Spectacular scratch off ticket.

Hernandez stated that Hernandez is still trying to spend the $10,000,000 he won in 2019 in a statement.

Hernandez’s latest winning scratch-off was bought at a Stop & Shop located in Hempstead.

After completing the required withholdings, he decided to cash out in one lump sum of $6.51million.

In a statement, the lottery stated that there were still three top prizes on the $10,000,000 Deluxe ticket.
