Two lucky residents of Northern Ontario have won two wins in recent gaming and lottery draws.
Pamela Ouimet from Sault Ste. Marie was awarded second place in the Lotto Max draw on June 18 and won $134,170.
Ouimet stated that this was her first major win while she was at the OLG Prize Centre Toronto to collect her winnings.
The 41-year old deli worker verified her tickets with the ticket checker app.
She doesn’t have any plans for her winnings yet. The winning ticket was purchased from RJ’s Market & Convenience, Wellington Street, Sault Ste. Marie.
Daniel Virgoe from Elliot Lake was the winner of exactly $100,000 in June 8 Encore draw. The winning ticket was purchased at C&R Variety Plus on Esten Drive in Elliot Lake.
