One million dollars for a birthday gift from the lottery: Woman wins $1 Million

A Michigan woman won $1 million from a scratch-off lottery ticket that her brother gave her as a birthday present.

The 68-year old Detroit woman said that her brother had given her a $1,000,000 Jumbo Cash scratch-off ticket for $10 as a birthday gift.

The player stated,

My brother buys me Lottery tickets for my birthday every year. I scratched the ticket and was shocked to see that I had won $1 million.

Parkway Foods Detroit purchased the ticket.

The winner stated that she is happy whenever she wins $20.

She said,

Winning $1 million is an incredible feeling.

She said that she will use her winnings to purchase a new car and to share her new fortune with her family.
