Massachusetts Lottery Shocker: $15 Million Scratch Ticket Sold at Falmouth Gas Station

Massachusetts just crowned its biggest lottery winner of 2025 so far—thanks to a single $15 million scratch-off ticket.

The life-changing prize came from the popular “300X” game, which launched in June 2023. Priced at $30 per ticket, the game still has one remaining top prize of $15 million as of April 18.

The golden ticket was sold at Garrett’s Family Racing Mart in Falmouth, making the store a sudden hotspot for hopeful players.

This massive win is the largest of the year in the Bay State. However, it’s not the only recent jackpot. A separate $15 million winner surfaced back on January 30, from a “Diamond Deluxe” scratcher purchased in Holyoke.

On the same Thursday the Falmouth win was claimed, another lucky player walked away with $100,000, thanks to a “$15,000,000 Colossal Millions” ticket bought at the Racing Mart in Springfield.

In total, at least 520 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed across Massachusetts that day. The cities with the highest activity included Boston (46 wins), Worcester (39 wins), and Springfield (21 wins).

For transparency, the Massachusetts State Lottery publishes a daily list of all winning tickets over $600.
