Get ready for the 4th EuroMillions Superdraw of 2020

You can win a EuroMillions jackpot of €130 million (approximately USD 152 million) by participating in the super draw that will be held on November 20. This time the EuroMillions Superdraw has been announced a few weeks before it usually takes place and the advertised jackpot is guaranteed to be put up for grabs.

Guaranteed Jackpot in EuroMillions Superdraw

The €130 million jackpot is guaranteed because Superdraws work slightly differently to normal draws. While it usually takes an extended sequence of rollovers to produce a nine-figure jackpot, the money for the Superdraws comes from the Reserve Fund.

Since a percentage of the amount goes to the Reserve Fund, so special promotions such as super draws can be arranged whenever there is enough money in the pot. So it doesn’t matter if the EuroMillions jackpot is much lower in the run-up to Nov 20, the top prize will still be funded to €130 million for this occasion.

Since February this year, the Reserve Fund has received a higher percentage of the prize pot, so the EuroMillions members have been able to schedule more Superdraws. The November event will be the fourth of its kind in 2020 – no other year has ever had so many of them.

Superdraw Winners of 2020

All three Superdraws this year have been won by Spanish ticket holders.

One lucky winner from Spain landed €130 million on February 7, while another Spanish player won the same amount on September 25 Superdraw.

In between these two wins, on July 3, a Superdraw rolled over but the jackpot was won in the very next draw.

Again, it was Spain which proved to be lucky, with a ticket holder from Valladolid scooping the mega prize of €144 million.

The jackpot can keep growing from a Superdraw until it reaches its €200 million limit, which has never been hit so far. The maximum top prize seen until now was €190 million before February. But no one knows how big the next Superdraw would grow.

Never has been a Superdraw held so late in the year, so there is every possibility that the upcoming one could set a new record or even reach the cap amount for EuroMillions regular draws.
