A lucky player from Rochester, New York, has scooped the top prize in the $3,000,000 Grande scratch-off game. Andrew Dudash claimed the big win on September 9, marking a life-changing moment.

Dudash chose the one-time lump sum payout of $1,334,550 after taxes, according to lottery officials. His winning ticket was bought at Wegmans, 1955 Empire Blvd., Webster, just east of Rochester in Monroe County.
